Track Rules

  1. 1.
    Everyone who enters Atkinson Motorsports Park must stop at the front desk and pay the daily fee and sign a liability release waiver.
  2. 2.
    All riders under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign the minor's consent form. All riders under the age of 18 must be supervised by their parent or guardian at all times.
  3. 3.
    Parents or Guardians must lead and supervise riders under the age of 12 at all times. Keep them in your sight.
  4. 4.
    All riders must show proof of age.
  5. 5.
    All riding is at your own risk
  6. 6.
    Entry onto the property is authorized only during posted hours of operation. A valid daily receipt must be with the rider at all times.
  7. 7.
    A special hand stamp will be required for all riders leaving the park to return the same day.
  8. 8.
    A valid DNR sticker must be affixed to all machines.
  9. 9.
    Passengers are not allowed on any machine not designed for two.
  10. 10.
    Speed limit in the parking/camping area is 10 mph. No exceptions, no wheelies, no burnouts.
  11. 11.
    All riders must stay within the boundaries of the park. There are no farm fields in our park and our boundaries are marked. If you stray you may be subject to legal action.
  12. 12.
    All Riders must wear, DOT approved helmets, goggles, gloves, long sleeve shirts, pants and over the ankle boots.
  13. 13.
    Some trails are multi-directional. You must use extreme caution while riding in the timber and hills.
  14. 14.
    OHVs with modified exhaust systems may be subject to a sound check. Any vehicle with a decibel level over 96 may not be allowed.
  15. 15.
    In case of emergency, contact park staff Ambulance. Air Evac is available at the cost of the person requesting assistance.
  16. 16.
    NO guns, NO camping, NO littering, NO Alcohol, NO 3-wheeled ATVs.
  17. 17.
    Park and parking areas must be vacated by dark every day.
  18. 18.
    Any person not complying with these rules and directions of Atkinson Motorsports Park personnel may be removed from the park at the sole discretion of AMP.

    RIDE SAFELY AND WATCH FOR THE KIDS.

    OBEY ALL DANGER AND CAUTION SIGNS.
